What is the difference between digitizing and vectorization?

Embroidery digitizing creates stitch instructions for an embroidery machine. Vectorization rebuilds artwork as scalable paths and shapes for uses such as print, decals, signs, and other production workflows.

What should I include in a quote request?

Include your artwork or reference, the service you need, finished dimensions, intended application, required file format, and deadline. For multiple designs, identify each design clearly.

Can you work from a low-resolution image?

A low-resolution image can be used as a reference, but it may make fine details difficult to interpret. Send the best-quality source you have and note any details that must remain accurate.

Which embroidery file formats can I request?

Tell us the exact format required by your machine or workflow. Common formats include DST, PES, EXP, and JEF, but the required deliverable should be confirmed in your quote.

Will every detail look exactly like the original?

Not always. Very small details, thin lines, gradients, and tiny lettering may need to be simplified depending on the finished size and production method. We recommend clarifying these limits before work begins.

How long will my order take?

Turnaround depends on the complexity of the project, current workload, and requested deadline. Include your target date in the quote request so timing can be confirmed.

How do I submit a quote request?

Use the quote form, fill in the project details, and attach your artwork when you send the email that opens from the form. The form currently prepares an email draft; a server-side form endpoint should be connected before launch for direct website submissions.
